Aquanet is a great organization that provides water supply to more than one million customers. The company cares very much about the quality of customer service. We have prepared them a workforce analytics solution, which collects employees activity data in real-time and defined KPIs for all office positions.
Before cooperation, the goal was defined - implementation of one KPI for all office positions.
During our cooperation we faced many difficulties, such as various responsibilities for different jobs, overtime work, work on the part of technical positions, and defining the desired mode of operation.
To prepare the best KPI, we examined a survey of all employees. Then we gathered 18,000 hours of data on the basis of which we discussed with the directors a proposal for the indicator. After 5 months of cooperation, the company had a real-time KPI ready for the comprehensive evaluation of the office employees. Now they save almost 5% of director working hours each month and have a higher level of employee productivity.
